I've never had the Ducts cleaned before. Advanced showed up, explained the process, answered all my questions and kept me informed on what they were doing. The two gentleman were polite and very professional. After they were almost done, they showed me before and after pictures of the main duct. I watched when they took both before and after photos. Nice an clean now. I most definitely recommend Advantage Air Duct Cleaning, I also had the clothes dryer cleaned. Now my clothes dry in half the time!
