The guys were polite. On-time, introduced themselves. Explained what and how long they would be there. They brought a mat to wipe their feet and vacuumed up visible duct debris. They were understanding about the one recent rescue that was gated from them, but barked the whole time.
This was the second time we used them. We will be using them again.
