John & Chase did an excellent job. They showed up on time and walked us through the entire procedure. We haven't had our ducts cleaned in over 15 yrs. Raising a family had its priorities. The job took about an hour and a half. When they finished, they showed us the before and after photos. There was no mess left in any of the rooms. All the ducts, supplies and returns were clean just like on the Advanced website. John even went the extra distance to re-attach our dryer vent pipe which became disconnected some time ago.
