Lowering my prior rating

I had given these guys a 5 star rating but after they left we realized that they did not fix the drier vent hose properly back with tape and it promptly fell off. Most likely they did not use any new tape but slid the hose back on with the old tape. We affixed the hose with new tape. So, while they did a good job with the cleaning, we were not fully satisfied with how they attached back the drier vent hose.
