I booked advanced to come clean my air ducts and was given a window from 12-3. I rearranged my afternoon from work to be home. At 1:30 I called to see where they were and was told they were only on the way to the second appointment (I was the third). Then I was told that they would most likely be at my place at 3:30. They never came at 3:30, and when I called again they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I found someone else.
