After Superstorm Sandy flooded my crawl space and my flexible air ducts, I called Advanced and had them come out to replace them. They responded with a day (when other contractors I called didn't even bother to call me back!) and came out to measure the ductwork. A day after that they called me again to give me a total price for the replacement and installation of it all. I had the work completed within a week. I am pleased with the results and will have them clean my dryer vent when that needs to be done also.
