Customer service on phone was very nice and efficient. Cleaner arrived on time and was very professional (had on uniform) and went right to work. I asked about seeing the inside of my dirty vent and he offered to let me see with his flashlight; he then let me see inside after he was finished.

My only "complaint" if any...is that the service was $425. I didn't expect to pay this much as I had seen offers in my mail for $129 for whole house cleaning. I decided to trust this company since they guaranteed the price quote and I had noticed that they were rated A by Angies List customers. I am happy that I did so. They did a great job.
