Service Ends After The Sale
We bought a high end Bosch Dishwasher about a year ago from this store and KATHLEEN (KENNEDY?) was our salesperson, We were so pleased that immediately after we received the dishwasher we published a very positive review. THEN, right before the 1 year warranty was to expire the dishwasher malfunctioned. We contacted Bosch Service. They sent out two repair people: The first one didn't fix the problem. The second person told us he was ordering parts and would return later that week. He didn't return or call and we then were told by Bosch Service that he had told them a scenario that never happened! i.e. he totally lied about his visit to our house. Then Bosch Service said they would get back to us but THEY NEVER DID. AND THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO SELECT THE REPAIR COMPANY YOU WOULD LIKE. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN AND ,FROM OUR EXPERIENCE, WE WON'T BE CALLING FOR ANY OF THEM.
We had also called Big Georges and Kathleen for their assistance with this problem AND NEITHER THE STORE MANAGER NOR KATHLEEN HAVE EVER CALLED US BACK. SO BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDS RIGHT AFTER THE SALE. VERY SAD!
