David and Cory came to deliver my new refrigerator today. But they didn't, and I'm thankful.

Why? Because they thoughtfully considered every option for squeezing it in to my kitchen in my 100-year old house. And there was just no way to make it work. We brainstormed taking down doors, removing trim, entering through various doors to the house--and there was simply no way the measurements would work out in my favor. I am thankful for their expertise, their experience, and their candor rather than potentially scratching the fridge or deconstructing my home in the hopes we could make it work.

I am pleased with my Big George's experience because they didn't $@!#% me around, they sincerely tried to make it work, and they were pleasant to have in my home. Cory and David are an asset to the Big George's delivery crew.
