Great relationship formed with salesman, delivery men and store manager. As a kindess these people agreed to take down and then re-install stair guardrails for the delivery. No fee charged. I am very happy with the washer and dryer purchased. Offered me $150 in rebates that I have recieved and am spending. Will buy again from this local gem.
