Three weeks ago, a year and a half old GE refrigerator, took a dump. The freezer stopped working and ruined. All of our frozen goods contacted epic protect right away, and they gave us appointment in four days to which we had to stay at home the whole day until they came. They finally came at three. The technician inspected the refrigerator asked us 1 million questions about where we using it right but then discovered there were two parts on the machine that were not working. He had to order the parts and said he would be back in four days once were in by mail, delivered to our house to install it that never happened , I called epic they had no information on another call. I am still waiting for a callback from either big George or epic protect. I have been dealing with Big George’s for 50 years and I’ve always had great service from them and sales. There were always problems, but they always solve them , now they are just a sales office. They don’t do anything to do with service and to me big George is gone very far downhill. I will not deal with them again.
