Above and Beyond Delivery to University of Michigan
The department ordered a new 4C for use in a lab setting. The older 4C was to be moved out to another lab prior to delivery. (this did not happen as planned)
The delivery team (Zack and Eli) unloaded the new 4C, walked a maze of halls to get it to the lab, only to find the old 1 still in place. They jumped right in to assist. Moving the old unit to a location around the corner and then placed the new unit into the lab. It was extremely helpful, highly professional, and a time saver! I can't say thank you enough!
