In this day and age I have found myself saying in regard to customer service , you must except mediocre and rude as the new norm. HOWEVER, I was more than pleasantly surprised to receive such excellent service from the sales representative (Berto from AnnArbor) and the delivery team (Andrew and Alec)! Berto guided me through the purchase of a refrigerator. He has a wonderful demeanor and took the time to help me make the right decision. Then onto Andrew and Alec who went above and beyond while exercising great care of my home both inside and outside on the snowiest day so far this year. I truly appreciate the excellence from this company from start to finish, which is reflective in all the team members that I encountered, which also includes the kind “thank you e-mail” from customer service for my thanking them! Way to go! Also, I did my price research prior to choosing this company…best pricing I could find. Thanks a bunch for everything!!
