I felt 100% confident deciding on Big George’s for my second new appliance purchase, after an excellent experience with them a year ago. The sales rep helped me decide on the right dishwasher for my needs, and the entire purchase experience was easy and clear. My appliance was ordered and was ready sooner than expected. Arranging installation was easy too, and the crew easily arranged a time that worked best for me. Once the date arrived, the Joey G. and Brandon S. called with their precise ETA, well within the arranged time slot. These guys were amazing! Evidently, my home’s plumbing was “unique” and a bit quirky, but these two fellows were not deterred by the extra complexity and got the dishwasher installed perfectly and with great patience and tenacity. During the process, they were so friendly and courteous, and they even bonded and made friends with my helpful cat, Charlie. It all turned out to be a wonderful and fun afternoon, as well as a happy day getting my awesome new dishwasher! I will gladly order from Big George’s exclusively for all future appliances, and I will ask specifically for Joey and Brandon as the installation team! Excellent job, guys! Thank you so much!
