Spence and Senque did a great job delivering the new double oven and taking away the old oven. They placed the ovens on a Masonite board without my asking to protect our floors. I then noticed that the oven wires were aluminum and the house wires were copper. I was patched through to installation and learned that they deal with this all the time. Bartholomew and Alex installed the oven. They addressed every concern that I had and made sure that I knew some of the basics of getting started with the ovens. I was very happy with the concern and caring that everyone showed me.
