I am very happy with my first experience with Big George. I had them recommended to me and am so glad I listened. I had a 6 year old Samsung that stopped working. I had to wait 12 days for a repair technician only to be told it would cost $1400 to repair.
I called Big George on Wednesday and had an extremely helpful sales person assist my purchase of a Speed Queen over the phone. The delivery crew were here yesterday, a mere 4 days later, and did a fabulous job with the installation. Their delivery schedule was very easy to follow on line and completely timely. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again!! Thank you.
