Conlin S. was a great sales person. He gave me the basic facts on the counter-dept fridge I needed, shared some reviews on the product I was looking at. No pressure at all. He pre-set up the delivery date and they came on time as promised. The delivery guys Eric and Andrew were very careful and nice. Andrew made sure they could get the fridge in the best door opening by measuring first. He helped us take the door off to make full clearance.
We are trying a Frigidaire this time. Our Samsung fridge only lasted 6 years due to repeated leaking issue inside.
