Ordered 3 appliances December 7 had to pay in full. $6,000.00 Delivery date was February 3- microwave only. Not told about this. My appliances finally come October 22 only because I changed by stove order because I would still be waiting for a flat top Kitchen Aid stove. They damaged by refrigerator on delivery. Told me 2 weeks for a new door, I was fine with that but they lied again. I called Plaltium for where is my new door. Big George ordered the wrong door surprise. I keep calling Marsha their customer service rep. she does not answer her phone. Just sends email to call Platium. I think she is a fake person. Then Platium tells me my warranty is expired because I purchased on December 7 no delivered for almost a year later So, I lost the manufacture warranty and can't get my door. Also, they refund me my $1,600 after I took delivery and I had to call for my money. they gave me no interest.
