We were very impressed with our salesperson, Paul, who helped us find the washing machine that fit our needs. He understood that we needed quick delivery since our machine had been non-functional for almost two weeks. He was great at steering my wife and me to products that fell within our parameters.

The delivery went very well also. I received notice of the service window the evening before delivery, and the two delivery people arrived during the window. Both David Spencley and Q Dickerson were very efficient in getting our "dead" machine out of our laundry room and also with the delivery and setup of the new unit. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations.
