All the folks at Witbeck did an outstanding job, from our sales person (Christina) to the installation crew (Jayden & Chris and a couple of other dudes who didn't provide their names). They did all they do in spite of this COVID-19 pandemic, which is really a testament to their commitment to great customer service.

My wife must have exercised her god-given right to change her mind about the appliances a half-dozen times, and Christina rolled with the changes like a true champion. Christina also flawlessly juggled long lead times from the appliance manufacturers.

The unnamed installation dudes showed up ON TIME, which is a rare feat in these days. They installed the refrigerator while Jayden & Chris installed the range, hood and dishwasher. They were all very careful when moving the appliances to avoid damaging my walls and woodwork, and their appliance installations were thoroughly professional.

In the end, I am truly pleased I chose to go with Witbeck over my wife's insistence we buy through one of the big-box retailers. I bought my washer & dryer through a big-box retailer, and their installation and service programs are handled by third-party vendors. It's nice to know that Witbeck's service team will have my back if I have questions or unforeseen problems in the future.
