Installation guys were great! TIM and DeVonte
Installers were to meet the delivery ppl at our home between 9-10am. Installation staff (Tim and DeVonte) were at our home by 9:30am and removed old appliances. Delivery truck never showed up. Delivery manager in Ann Arbor dropped the ball. Thank goodness the installation guys were willing to go back to Ann Arbor to pick up the appliances and then install. Management seemed to point the finger at others. THANK YOU TO THE TWO INSTALLATION GENTLEMEN. THEY WERE SUPERIOR!
