Big George's store has been around "forever" (as have we…). We're long-time customers, but this was the first time we've bought anything directly from their Clearance Outlet.
Eddie, on-site, was on-point from the beginning.
He arranged delivery within a few days, and promised to order a missing part (that was shipped to us, direct - and BG's ate the entire cost!).
Their automated call system and email response was right on. It informed us the night before delivery of the estimated arrival time window, as well as offering us a Tracking Link. On the delivery day an automated phone message notified us that the truck would arrive "within 15 minutes".
The delivery guys, Bobby and Curtis, arrived promptly, and removed our old appliance - but soon realized there was a extra "challenge". Unfortunately, what was projected (and pre-measured!) to have been an easy install surely then delayed their subsequent delivery schedule, yet they remained courteous and efficient throughout. The gentlemen patiently identified and resolved the problem (a little too much refrigerator vs not quite enough door egress) - necessitating the removal of all of the fridge's exterior doors, hinges, etc. (Nice way to start the day, eh?)
A follow-up email immediately thereafter confirmed the successful delivery completion.
We like to "Buy Local" and look forward to shopping BG's for future deals.
