I moved from Florida to California and I received the recommendation for laminate flooring from A1 Factory Direct, Ian Belderes from a service provider that I had hired for painting. Ian invited me and my husband to visit the showroom and he was very assertive and offered highly technical background for all questions and concerns we had. Ian and his team did a wonderful job! They even leveled my foundation for me. They did exactly what they said they would do, and at the price that they quoted me. Their customer service was great, and so was their follow-up. As a plus, I had vacation out of US set for two weeks and I just left the keys of my home with them and when I arrived everything was perfectly done. I would definitely use A1 Factory Direct again in the future!
