We used A1 Factory Direct for our floor work, and they did such an amazing job. They worked for ten days straight and did not take a single day off. They were always on time, right when they said they'd be here, and worked hard every single day. They were very courteous, and always closed the door behind them when they would go in and out of our home, which was quite frequent. I have a little dog, and I never felt he was in danger of escaping, because they were vigilant about keeping my doors closed. Along with that, they swept around their work area at the end of the day, and would also re-arrange furniture, so we could sit comfortable and watch TV during the evening. We were always informed of where in the home they were working, and were good communicators, all around. The experience was perfect, and since then I've recommended them to others. They were excellent.
