My whole experience with A1 Factory Direct was fine. Everything went smoothly and it was an entirely online experience. I ended up returning the materials I ordered from A1 but the return was smooth also. The product was fine, I just discovered that I already had some so the ones from A1 were extra. A1 Factory Direct made the return easy, too. Five stars for customer service!
