I was happy with the service we received from A1 Factory Direct, though we were not happy with the carpet. We wanted something that was good for dogs since apart from our pets it's just my husband and me. The carpet wore horribly. After about a year we moved furniture around to clean the carpet, and we were surprised with the change! The color had changed, and little pieces of carpet fiber were coming off. We spent a lot of money on that carpet, and we will not be doing that again. The service and people from A1 Factory were great, but I would never order or recommend that type of carpet.
