Recently, we tried A1 Factory Direct for the first time. My family had used them in the past and so I thought it would be a wise idea to try them out myself. My wife and I went out to the local showroom to look over their selection of carpeting and flooring. My wife was very particular on what it style and textures that she wanted, so the salesman came out to our home to show us some more products. Finally, we made our selection and everything was ordered. We had them come out to do the installation. We got a bedroom, the kitchen, and two bathrooms done-over. We had new carpeting put in the bedroom and plank laminate flooring put in the rest. It was a major project and everything turned out excellent! The technicians were great, very professional and knowledgeable. A1 Factory Direct offered excellent pricing too! I did not make comparisons to other companies for the reason being that when I got a quote from this company they hit right within my budget. I was looking for that window that I would be comfortable with and they hit it right on the nose! We were very pleased with the whole experience and definitely would use them again in a heartbeat.
