A1 Factory Direct's installation was painless! This was our first time using them. Our realtor recommended them. They installed flooring for us and it turned out really well. The workers were very professional. They showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. They paid attention to details and cleaned up after themselves. When the salesperson came to our home to talk about flooring options they did take the time to review different options and they discussed wear patterns and traffic areas to maximize the quality of the flooring we were going to choose. However, when the salesman left he forgot to take with him the picture of the baseboards so they could match the coloring. So other than that moment of being scatterbrained I thought overall the experience went well. I want people to know they should ask for options when you get a quote.
