A1 Factory Direct came in and fixed a carpet installation that was started by a major chain store. There were two carpet installers that arrived, a younger man and older man. The older man left and didn't return leaving the younger man here alone to do the work. This younger man worked very hard all day, well over ten hours to complete this job. He was hot, sweaty and I took pity on him when he finished letting him know that I would clean up the debris left, vacuum and tidy up. This young man worked very hard! He did a good job and I would recommend him for any installation. I would not, however, recommend the older man who left him to do the job himself! The carpet turned out good. There was only one issue where there was a spot on the floor that should have been repaired and I had to get someone else out to do that. Back when I had this house built A1 Factory Direct installed carpets for me then. I recently had to have carpet stretched in one of the rooms due to wrinkling. I think the price for this was a bit much and also since they installed the carpet it really shouldn't have stretched as it did. The other room that they installed at the same time has not stretched at all. Overall, the job was done well with a couple of minor issues!
