Billed $ 389.00 for a furnace cleaning . 3 1/4 hrs they charged me 1145am to 3 pm only problem is the guy left at 230 & I live 4 mins. from Houles ! Then during the cleaning the tech left to go get a nozzle because he forgot it so I paid for them to go get parts they should of had to do the job also the tech made several phone calls while here ! So at a rate of $110 a hour no wonder the bill was so high ! Don’t use Houles for any service ……
