We called Houle's a few weeks ago to replace a circulator which cost $500. Then we had to call them back due to heat/no heat issues. The circulator they put in was sticking. It took the tech 7 hours to replace a part, fix the part that they originally put in (it was leaking) and clean our furnace. Came home to find out the tech didn't finish the cleaning and we now had a $1400 bill! My husband called to go over the bill in detail and Houle's felt we were charged fairly. Do not call Houle's for any service! Very unprofessional shady business!!!
