This practice has been my GP for 10 years.I am done. They prescribed Ambien for me after a hip replacement. I have been treated like I am on crack since.Single 30 day prescriptions and initially requiring me to come in every 60 days.Last Thursday I had 4 pills left so I stopped in the office to let them know to contact the Pharmacist they sent me to and recommended.Monday 9 am I went to the office to tell them the pharmacy did not get the prescription,The lady told me they sent it so I told her I would drive to Brunswick and thank you.I got to the pharmacy and they did not get it.I drive back to Lovettsville and the same lady says they sent it at 10am and go pick it up,if not tell them to call the Purcellville office and they will give a verbal. Pharmacy is kept on hold for 30 minutes and talks to them hangs up and calls me over and says they gave him the wrong person’s prescription.He call back and they tell him they will call him back.I walk back to my car and I’m a little scared and have lost all confidence in all of them.I drive back to Lovettsville and go back in the office and while I am talking to the same lady the pharmacy calls me that my prescription is ready. I was worried if I didn’t get this straight before New Year’s Day holiday this could drag on for another 5 days.This Office is not what you think it is,it just a cog in a huge corporate wheel with no compassion,couldn’t care less how much of your time is wasted,and is so disconnected technology wise that they are dangerous in my opinion.I asked multiple times for a 60 day supply as I am going to the Bahamas January 14 for 3 weeks,I got 30 days ,no refill,no compassion.I have to be seriously ill to go to a Doctor,this practice is not for me.
