Went for a routine physical. They asked me if I wanted a flu shot. I said yes. They proceeded to give me a shot that severally damaged the muscle in my left arm. I didn't realize it was the shot that caused the pain in my arm until I went to an orthopedic surgeon a few days later. The surgeon said that the flu shot had been administered wrong, probably at a wrong angle when inserted in the arm. Damaged the "bursa" in the arm. A flu shot! Can you believe it! Don't go to this practice. I'm convinced they don't know what they are doing.
