This is a huge octopus of an organization. If you are expecting to never need to discuss anything outside of the one on one appointment process it is probably going to be an okay experience. Be prepared for their technology barrier, the only way to communicate with them effectively. I found their website and portal to be toooooo much effort and have asked my insurance company for a list of doctors outside of this monster to consider. Having usd them since about 1992, I'm hoping our relationship will finally end this fall (2019).
