When we decided to have a pool built, my husband and I wanted it completed by the time our grandchildren were scheduled to visit. We solicited quotes from three pool builders, but ended up going with Platinum Pools because they promised us they could meet our deadline. They didn't just have our new pool ready to go on time, they finished it three weeks early. They had the whole thing done in 31 or 32 days, and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

In addition to their respect for our timeline, Platinum have also shown great customer service in the time since the pool was completed. If we call, they are usually out within 48 hours to take a look at things. At one point we had a seal break on the filer pressure valve and some water was leaking, and they fixed it right away. They also came out to answer some questions for us on how to clean our filter for the first time.

Clint was our supervisor throughout the project, and he was very good about addressing our concerns. We felt that he was very responsive and available. The people in the office are very good, too. Platinum is a large company, but they still do what they say they will. They came through on every point they told us would happen. We had a very satisfying experience using them.
