Good... up until completion

For a company that touts it customer satisfaction and quality, we didn't quite experience that.

Platinum seemed more focused on 3 items: 1) collecting their money before the work was done at each stage, 2) having you sign paperwork at each stage (so you can't complain later that they "inform" you), and 3) leaving you on your own after completion.

Took us 6 weeks to get the levels under control, therefore had to wait a while to use the pool, and we are still having issues with the equipment. Can't call warranty, otherwise they will send you a bill if they show up and nothing is wrong.

We would have gone with someone else if we knew that they didn't care after they got your final check.

As soon as we read your review we forwarded your concerns to Wanda, our Quality Assurance and Warranty Manager. Wanda has had our technician out to your property two times since we read this review. I am also aware that you and Wanda have been in communication via phone, which I am very pleased to hear.

Please know that we strive to learn from our mistakes on a daily basis. We take great pride in our customers and the service that we provide to them during and after construction. Please don't hesitate to call Wanda or email her when you have any problems with your pool. Wanda is always available and ready to answer and solve any problems you may have.

As an example to convey how our service and warranty department works, compare the process to a car warranty claim. Your car is diagnosed and the problem does not fall under a warranted issue. You would expect to be charged from your dealership. Our service and warranty process is the same and Wanda does her best to work with you on the phone whenever possible before dispatching a service call to avoid unnecessary charges.

We appreciate our clients input and we thank you for your input. Platinum Pools would not be around today if it wasn't for our 60 customer referral base. We look forward to continue to service your pool and as we continue to grow as a company.
