Over all, a good experience.
Overall, our experience with Platinum Pools was really good. We did not really have to deal with anything outside of the last 5% of the process, which we are still dealing with. The the first 95% of the process was pretty seamless, but the last 5% has dragged a bit and they could have done a little better with the last couple of things, like the autofill feature and the heater.
They do not do the autofill feature until two week after the pool is running, which is cool, but it would have been nice to know that before filling the pool. Also, I did not realize until the water was in the pool that we had to call another company and pay for the heater to work. We are still working to get that taken care of. So, they could have been more informative about those two parts of the process.
Over all, the customer service has been fantastic. They are very communicative and they follow up relatively quickly. I am very happy with the pool and it is beautiful. I have no complaints about the design, the structure or any of the parts that they used.
