The construction process had ups and downs. Lou did a very good job guiding us through the design process, and the pool turned out as designed. The crews all knew what they were doing, but were not concerned about preserving my property, and left half eaten sndwiches and empty drink bottles lying around. A large dump tuck drove well past where he needed to be, and got stuck in a shallow ditch away from the pool area. At one point there were three dump trucks chained together trying to pull the original truck out. You can imagine what the yard looked like. When informed that Platinum was ready to pour the concrete deck, I measured the form and discovered it was 30 square ft. smaller than stated in the contract. To their credit, the crews were back the next day and corrected the problem. The final cleanup crew had to be called back to complete the job. Josh addressed issues as presented, and we are pleased with the final product. The pool looks great and operates as intended.
