I did some Internet research and decided to use Platinum Pools after meeting with the general manager. I liked everything about his presentation and got a good feeling about the company. On the project, I worked mainly with Steve, the contractor, whose communication was very good.

This was a brand new construction for our house and we made videos about the process that we posted on YouTube. The videos detail all of the steps that a customer needs to know about a new pool construction so, when you watch the videos, you can see what is involved from start to finish. The videos help new and potential clients understand each and every step of the process.

We also found that the TigerShark robotic pool cleaner was a great choice in terms of the pool equipment that we chose. We included information about the TigerShark in the videos online. It was the most expensive option but definitely the best because it cuts down the work for pool owners. It cleans the tile very well.

I would definitely encourage people interested in working with Platinum Pools to check out the YouTube videos that we posted. It was a great experience for us.
