The sales people at Platinum Pools were great at the beginning but once they started construction everything went wrong. Nobody takes responsabilities and nobody supervises. It is a shame that a company with some reputation is lacking in results now that some othe companies are becomming more client oriented. My experience has been terrible and would never recommend them.
