I had some area rugs cleaned and purchased custom pads to place under them. I was very pleased with the way the rugs cleaned and the pads were cut to fit the rugs exactly. Joe picked them up at my home and returned them when they had been cleaned. He was prompt in picking them up and returning them. I appreciated his recommendation of padding. He was very pleasant to work with and represents his company in a good manner.
