This company has abysmal customer service! I do not know of a company where 2, 3, or 4 hour wait times to speak to a rep would be considered acceptable, even for something as simple as scheduling a reapplication. Heaven forbid you miss the return call, you are now back in the loop.

I have tree service and have an infestation problem with my shrubs. Trying to get someone to address this is like pulling eye-teeth! This company is extremely difficult to deal with; follow-up is lacking or inadequate.
