The service rep Ray who performed fertilizing application to my lawn on 25 Oct 2018 was very receptive to my concerns about my lawns appearance. HE RATES A 10 IN MY BOOK

After our discussion he encouraged me to contact the TRUGREEN service department to re-schedule the aeration and seeding. He also assisted in my discussion with the service rep and agreed with my assessment. Ray is a true professional!

In my opinion the aeration/seeding was performed too early in late August and should have been performed in late Sept/early Oct. I am pleased TRUGREEN is willing to accept the responsibility and perform rework to improve my lawn's appearance.
