Where do I start? This should be a simple straightforward service. You sign up, you receive treatments. Not difficult.
Good luck. This company overcharged us $260 in March, 2017. Although they agree that we were billed incorrectly, we still have not received a full refund in 8 months.
In addition, our service was changed without notification....from full yearly service to Spring only service. We have paid for full service and no one seems to be able to explain why we were downgraded.
The 'rep' said " well you do have a credit for reduced treatments on your account". So we have a credit but no service??! This, in addition to the overcharge issue for the add-on services not performed in March, we could not possibly recommend Tru-Green to anyone.
