I had my routine winter tune-up and a young man named Joel, we had not had before showed up very prepared for what he would be doing. He took care of what he could on the Tuesday and asked if he could re-schedule another day to complete outside and finish some warranty issue which needed to be addressed. Since we've had our system in 2 1/2 years; this was the first time we were truly pleased with the technician. We have asked for this young man to be our regular technician if possible. Thank you
