Technician arrived at the last possible minute to still be considered on time. The only reason I mention this is because the dispatcher had called me an hour and fourty five minutes before the tech got there to tell me he was on his way. It does not take that long to get anywhere in this town. My suggestion would be that the dispatcher wait to call until the tech is really on his way.

I opted to have both my heater and a/c tuned up at the same time. I was given a great discount for doing so.
