Have brought a unit . Saturday. It started leaking in the bedroom called for service and was told we would get Saturday or Monday. Now it Tuesday and tech shows up and leave. I was home all day waiting for the service man. Called back and was reschedule. We have been without air sense Saturday.
We have been without air condition sense Saturday. Promise to be here by Monday. No show. Today tech showed up. Didn’t know he was here but rang doorbell. My dogs didn’t hear him. He left. We have been without air conditioner since Saturday. This owner is from the same school we went to that why we went with him. Our electric bill has been twice the amount he had promised. We are not happy at all with his service.
