Called for someone to come out to diagnose and get our system up and running. All we got was a bunch of technical $@!#% from technician who acted more like a salesman. He wanted $1,000 - 1,500 and sign on line before he would even attempt to get it going. He was all in it to make a sale and thought he would SWEAT it out of us. He wouldn’t give up on the sale. Had a local business take care of it the next day in 20 minutes and was a breath of fresh air after dealing with Jon Wayne., and we are up and running. It might not last but high pressured techniques did not go over well. At least we can think on it and go from there. Never again for Jon Wayne.
