This is the second time in less than 6 months that they have not showed up for my appointment. The girl in the office says they are sorry but they have work to do with other customers and need to reschedule. My family and I have been sweltering in the heat all day long waiting for them. I even have the priority customer care plan that has been costing me 14.95 a month and they completely failed me when I needed them. So yea, the raving reviews on Facebook is not a true representation of this company.
