Dear Don and Brandon Rackler,

You call yourself a 5 Star Company? From day one my appointment for was between 8:AM to 10:AM. No call no nothing. So, I had to call to see what was happening. I will was forgotten! So they sent this arrogant kid to my home by the name Matt Baumann. Mr know it all thinks he knows everything but doesn't. He will snoop and go through your stuff and invades your privacy. He sees the business cards I had with other companies and immediately starts putting down the other companies. He doesn't stop there though, he goes on to naming names and how he knows them. He then starts bashing the names and as to why they don't work for Jon Wayne anymore??? These were his friends? He peaked my interest as to why is he doing this. So when Jessica called me for a survey on Matt Baumann. I told her all of the above. She wanted off the phone to report the incident to his manager. Matt calls it a "misunderstanding"! BULLWINKLE! When Matt came back he's asking for cash money from me???? Just $200.00 at least, he says???? I said NO! I don't know about anyone else but you don't treat customers in this fashion. I don't care how you take this but he was taking advantage of you being female and a Senior Citizen (or is it race). When he goes over the numbers he quoted me $21,168.00 for an a/c with air purifier lamps that are not included in the maintenance plan. Did you know they have to be replaced every year whether they are still working?? Not to mention your duct work having to be replaced because they require special duct work in order to work properly (which means more money out of your pocket)?They don't tell you this either! When I told him that I wanted to pay $20,000.00 only and he said NO! Beware of companies that doesn't give a hard copy of details on what they are going to do and how much they are going to charge, even an email would do but Matt did not want to do? He doesn't want to leave proof of his mistakes. He doesn't even tell you about when they work on circuit box you will be without power for 4 to 5 hours. Other companies I talked to offers a generator so you can keep cool if you have a window unit. How many people has he taken advantage of being the top seller that he is?? Don and Randall if I were you, I would take a close look at all his other sales if you want more mistakes he has made and gotten away with. I called a manager called Maddie and she could not believe the way I was treated by Matt! By golly she was going to do something about this she says! I will call you back. Nope, no callback was made. I had to call her and she didn't want to have anything to do it?? As a matter of fact the appointment we have for you on Friday she says, will be cancelled???? Gee, I wonder what lies Matt told about me? I had to bring the circuit box replacement which he himself wrote something next to it to kinda set me up with a pretend circuit box a small one as well??? What is going on at Jon Wayne? I've complained twice on this Matt and you still want him?? Gosh if you need someone not fire him I'll be glad to do it for you for free. Thumbs down to your 5 Stars!!!! BOOOOO Jon Wayne!! MOST IMPORTANT, READ THE BACK OF THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DEVIATE FROM THE CONTRACT YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!! (Don, It's hilarious on how you buy your own trophies). You wannabe!
